She was appointed Deputy Superintendent in June 2012.
French was promoted to the role of Executive Director in 2007, Assistant Superintendent in 2009 and Chief of School Performance in 2011. She served in various roles prior to being named principal of Pittsburgh Mifflin K-8 in June 2005. French joined the District in August 1997 as a behavioral specialist.
